Position Overview:
The Floor Lead is responsible for maintaining standard operating procedures at the retail store. This candidate will be an inspiring team member and leader, ready to ensure productivity and quality performance are met to achieve the company's long-term vision.

Help build an exceptional team that upholds and delivers the company's mission, vision, and goals to employees and customers

Set the standard for excellent customer service by providing guidance to staff on product knowledge, customer focus, and personalized service

Ensure the smooth and seamless functioning of operations

Collaborate with inventory control to ensure accurate product counts, proper labeling, and product organization on the floor

Ensure strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements

Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing training

Conduct regular performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
-
Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and handle escalated issues professionally and efficiently

Oversee visual merchandising to create attractive product displays and enhance the customer experience

Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards for a safe and comfortable environment for customers and staff

Assist with store opening and closing protocols

Monitor the stores energy by encouraging enthusiastic greetings, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and ensuring customers leave satisfied

Administer and document employee breaks at appropriate times

Serve as the liaison between receptionists/sales associates and managers

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 21 years of age
-
High school diploma
-
Full-time availability
-
Open availability preferred (must be able to work 2 weekend days, FriSun)
-
2 years of leadership experience in retail or hospitality
Physical Demands:
-
Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer

Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist
Schedule:

Open availability is highly preferred

Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
