Job Description:

Position
We are seeking a Copier Technician to join our service team in San Diego, CA.

If you are a problem solver who is detail-oriented and capable of multitasking, we want to talk to you! We are looking for experienced technicians but are also willing to train the right person for entry-level roles.

Essential Job Duties

  • Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)

  • Providing high-quality technical support to customers

  • Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Developing solutions for unusual or complex problems

  • Managing time, resources, and territory efficiently

Qualifications

  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude

  • Experience or training with equipment from manufacturers such as Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, etc., is a plus

  • Strong computer knowledge
