About the Role

As a Workplace Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising employees who oversee the delivery of workplace experience services.

This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, which is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors in a designated building.

This is a fully onsite opportunity in West Point, Pennsylvania.

What Youll Do

  • Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.

  • Maintain records of costs incurred by workplace team activities. Review invoices as needed.

  • Respond to customer requests and complaints related to workplace experience services.

  • Approve client materials and ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Maintain the integrity of databases and digital tools associated with service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain vendor partnerships focused on cost-saving efforts. Assist with contract service negotiations. Ensure vendors have current proof of insurance and required documentation.

  • Deliver a world-class orientation experience for new employees. Innovate to improve team effectiveness and service delivery.

  • Enforce safety standards for employees, clients, and vendors. Assist in completing the Service Business Continuity plan.

  • Resolve complex problems and identify new approaches to enhance team objectives.

  • Ensure that personal and team outcomes positively impact customer satisfaction and organizational goals.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with organizational values. Guide team members in applying practices and procedures effectively. Help build consensus across the team.

What Youll Need

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), with 5+ years of related experience. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

  • In-depth understanding of relevant processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function, along with basic knowledge of related functions.

  • Ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information clearly.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Strong organizational skills with a highly inquisitive and solution-oriented mindset.
