Job Summary

Responsible for developing and managing client relationships to drive new business, revenue growth, and customer retention. Identifies client needs, proposes tailored solutions, and builds long-term partnerships while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and achieving performance targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Expands business within existing accounts and identifies new opportunities for growth
  • Builds and maintains long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement
  • Identifies customer challenges and recommends appropriate solutions
  • Prepares and delivers presentations tailored to customer needs and business objectives
  • Manages account renewals and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintains accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and account strategies using CRM systems
  • Handles escalations related to customer issues and ensures timely resolution
  • Stays informed on market trends and competitor offerings
  • Collaborates with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise or solution-based sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions effectively
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, or related technology solutions preferred
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple accounts
