Job Summary

Provides frontline customer service support in a branch setting by assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, managing communications, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Supports daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering professional and empathetic service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring proper distribution and follow-up
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and service requests
  • Accurately record and maintain customer information and documentation
  • Process and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, faxes, etc.)
  • Coordinate documentation and requirements with external stakeholders
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards and experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Stay updated on products, services, and procedures
