Job Summary
Provides frontline customer service support in a branch setting by assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, managing communications, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Supports daily operations by coordinating with internal teams and maintaining accurate customer records while delivering professional and empathetic service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring proper distribution and follow-up
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries and service requests
- Accurately record and maintain customer information and documentation
- Process and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, faxes, etc.)
- Coordinate documentation and requirements with external stakeholders
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards and experience
