Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Program Integrator (Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems – C-UAS) to support a critical defense program focused on delivering integrated C-UAS and weapon system capabilities. This role is central to coordinating complex, multi-functional efforts across engineering, logistics, business, contracts, and operations to ensure effective program execution within a system-of-systems architecture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and a proven ability to support senior program leadership in high-visibility environments.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination

Lead and coordinate program activities to ensure alignment with program objectives and portfolio-level priorities

Provide direct support to Program/Product Management leadership, ensuring execution aligns with acquisition goals and mission needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate system components effectively

Support compliance with acquisition statutes, policies, and regulations

Assist in tailoring and executing acquisition processes to meet program intent
System-of-Systems Integration

Support integration of diverse missile defense, integrated fires, and C-UAS systems into a cohesive system-of-systems architecture

Coordinate with technical experts to ensure interoperability and operational synergy across platforms and components
Critical Analysis and Problem Solving

Anticipate leadership needs and apply strong analytical skills to resolve routine and complex program challenges

Develop and implement strategies to mitigate technical, schedule, and performance issues

Define, manage, and refine program requirements in alignment with mission objectives, evolving threats, and stakeholder priorities
Risk Management

Identify and assess risks related to integration, cost, schedule, and performance

Develop and execute effective risk mitigation strategies
Stakeholder Communication

Serve as a primary coordination point for government, contractor, and internal stakeholders

Provide regular updates on program status, milestones, and challenges through established reporting mechanisms
Financial Oversight

Coordinate with finance teams to monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with financial controls and reporting requirements

Support access to appropriate contract vehicles to meet mission needs
Quality Assurance

Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure delivery of reliable and effective weapon system capabilities

Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

DAWIA Program Management Level III certification
-
Active Secret security clearance
-
Bachelors degree in engineering, project management, business, or a related field with 18 years of experience, or a Masters degree with 10+ years of experience

Proven program management experience within the defense industry, particularly in missile defense or related systems

Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting DoD or Army programs and working with defense industry stakeholders
-
Knowledge of emerging technologies related to missile defense and C-UAS systems
