Job Summary
The Part-Time Boys Soccer Head Coach will lead and manage the middle school boys soccer program for grades 68. This role is responsible for developing players skills, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and ensuring a safe, positive environment for student-athletes throughout the season.
Responsibilities

Plan and conduct structured practices that emphasize skill development, strategy, and teamwork.

Manage games effectively while modeling and reinforcing positive behavior.

Supervise student-athletes to ensure their well-being and safety during practices and games.

Foster a positive team culture and encourage growth on and off the field.

Attend all practices and games throughout the season.
Requirements

Prior coaching experience required; playing experience preferred.

Strong understanding of soccer rules, strategies, and player development.

Effective leadership and communication skills.

Ability to promote discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Availability for all scheduled practices and games.
Season Details

Duration: Late October through late January.

Schedule: Practices held Monday through Friday.

Breaks: No practices or games during exams or the holiday break (approximately December 11January 5).
