Command and pilot corporate aircraft worldwide, with complete responsibility for its airworthy condition, safe operation, security, and expedited air travel for company personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of crew and passengers during command.

  • Command and pilot corporate aircraft with full authority.

  • Coordinate flight planning, catering, fuel, and supply procurement.

  • Assure compliance with all applicable safety, legal, technical requirements, and FAA regulations.

  • Maintain effective communications between aircrew, dispatch, maintenance, and passengers worldwide.

  • Complete and maintain required aircraft forms and records in accordance with FAA regulations.

  • Attend to passenger travel needs and coordinate both air and ground requirements.

  • Maintain a high degree of proficiency and professionalism; perform additional management tasks as assigned.

  • Possess a thorough understanding of the systems of aircraft currently in use.

Required Skills & Certifications

  • 15+ years of experience required.

  • Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot Rating with appropriate type, class, category, and competency certificates for division aircraft.

  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit.

  • Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

  • Ability to obtain a valid U.S. passport with no restrictions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel).

  • Experience with Oracle invoicing.

  • Proficiency with ForeFlight.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum of 4,000 flight hours.

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent with approved waiver).

  • Broadly diversified flight experience in both domestic and international travel, gained through business flight operations or military experience.
