Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely assistance
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests
  • Accurately document customer interactions and information
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume call environment
  • Provide clear and professional communication with customers
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Support operational processes and service coordination
  • Utilize basic computer systems for tracking and documentation

Minimum Requirements / Skills

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience in call center or inbound support environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good phone etiquette and problem-solving ability
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
