Job Summary
Responsible for developing and delivering high-quality technical content that communicates complex concepts in a clear and engaging way to both technical and business audiences. Supports marketing initiatives by creating content that builds credibility, drives engagement, and aligns with campaign and business objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a technical content roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Researches, writes, and edits content such as white papers, blogs, website copy, and email campaigns
- Translates complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences
- Ensures accuracy, consistency, and relevance of all marketing content
- Collaborates with product, sales, and technical teams to gather insights and develop use cases
- Integrates technical messaging into digital campaigns, events, and marketing programs
- Reviews and edits content created by internal teams or external contributors
- Stays updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical content, marketing, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, infrastructure, and enterprise IT concepts
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively
- Experience collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with SEO, campaign performance metrics, and analytics tools preferred
