This is a remote contract/freelance role with flexibilitybut it comes with high expectations: ownership, creativity, and crystal-clear communication. Youll demo progress often, interact directly with enterprise clients, and play a visible role in shaping solutions at scale.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of work experience in AI/ML. University does not count.

• Strong hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar.

• Proven track record building production-grade AI systems in Python with robust error handling, scalable architectures, and enterprise reliability.

• Deep knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS), and retrieval optimization.

• Solid background in scaling AI/ML systems in production environments (cloud-native architectures).

• Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation frameworks, multi-agent systems, and prompt engineering at scale.

• Familiarity with MLOps workflows: model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

• Ability to rapidly prototype, then refine into polished, production-ready solutions for high-stakes enterprise use cases.

• Excellent communication, positive attitude, comfortable demoing work and collaborating directly with C-level enterprise clients.

• Master's degree in AI, Data Science or a related field.

• Bonus: Slack app development / workflow automations
