The SMB Account Executive at Vibe plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for small and medium business customers. This position is designed for a motivated and coachable individual looking to grow into a high-performing sales professional. Youll engage inbound leads, build pipeline through outbound prospecting, conduct discovery and demo calls, generate quotes, and close deals.

You will work closely with the Sales Admin team to ensure accurate quoting and order processing, and with the Data team to leverage insights that improve performance and efficiency. The SMB AE partners with Marketing and Operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from the first touchpoint through post-sale handoff.

This role helps you master consultative sales techniques, develop a deep understanding of the product, and progress into higher-level account ownership as you demonstrate consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full SMB sales cycle from initial outreach through close.

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.

  • Deliver engaging, product-led demos that clearly communicate value and ROI.

  • Generate accurate quotes and follow up with prospects through email, phone, and video.

  • Collaborate with Sales Admins to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

  • Maintain up-to-date pipeline data and activity logs in Salesforce.

  • Partner with the Data and Marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and campaign follow-up.

  • Participate in weekly deal reviews and performance huddles to share learnings and align with leadership.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve product positioning and enablement materials.

Qualifications

  • 13 years of sales or customer-facing experience (inside sales, SDR, or account management preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).

  • Motivated by metrics and performance-driven culture.

  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
