About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Head of Integrated Brand Marketing to shape, amplify, and scale our brand story across every channel and audience touchpoint. This role bridges product marketing, communications, and campaign strategyensuring our SaaS and hardware solutions are positioned with clarity, relevance, and emotional resonance in the market.

You’ll own the integrated marketing strategytranslating our product positioning and GTM narratives into compelling, audience-first storytelling that drives awareness, engagement, and demand. You’ll also oversee PR, brand content, and cross-functional campaign execution to ensure a unified, high-impact brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Narrative Leadership

  • Lead development of the overarching brand strategy, ensuring consistency and differentiation across SaaS and hardware product lines.
  • Translate product marketing and GTM positioning into a cohesive, human-centered brand narrative that connects with business decision-makers.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure messaging bridges technical value propositions with emotional storytelling that resonates beyond features.

Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic brand and channel partnerships that amplify brand visibility, engagement, and credibility.
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns with partners that drive awareness, demand generation, and brand equity.
  • Measure partnership performance through KPIs such as brand lift, lead generation, and customer engagement; optimize based on insights.

Integrated Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel brand campaigns that unify content, digital, events, and PR efforts around strategic company moments (e.g., launches, funding, partnerships, category creation).
  • Partner with growth and demand generation to align brand programs with lead acquisition and sales objectives.
  • Measure campaign performance, leveraging insights to evolve creative and channel strategy.

Communications & PR

  • Lead the PR and communications strategy overseeing external agency relationships, key announcements, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Build and elevate executive visibility and brand reputation in media and analyst relations.
  • Develop content frameworks for earned and owned storytelling (press, blog, video, social, webinars).

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and manage a small, agile brand marketing team (or agency partnerships).
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Design to ensure unified market-facing execution.
  • Drive a test-and-learn culture with creative experimentation and data-informed iteration.

Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in brand, integrated, or product marketing preferably in B2B SaaS, IoT, or hardware/software hybrid environments.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technology offerings into simple, compelling narratives.
  • Track record of managing or partnering with PR agencies and executing high-impact brand campaigns.
  • Experience leading cross-channel programs (content, digital, events, social, paid media).
  • Background in startup or growth-stage environments preferred.
