About the Role:

Were seeking a senior-level financial strategist to take full ownership of our capital growth model across three legally distinct Dutch entities:

• A BV (private limited) company

• A Dutch ANBI-compliant foundation

• A private freelance practice (ZZP)

All three are founded by the same individual, operate from the same HQ address, and are mission-alignedbut must remain structurally and legally independent.

This is not a bookkeeping or controller role.

This is leadership through financial architecture using capital as a growth engine.

Responsibilities:

• Loan Strategy & Execution

  Identify, secure, and apply for entity-specific business loans (foundation, BV, or ZZP)

  Ensure clean separation of applications and capital use (no cross-entity contamination or appearance of misuse)

• Capital Rotation Planning

  Design legal cash flow loops across projects and departments within each entity

  Ensure every euro is accounted for and generates measurable return

• Revenue Looping & Reinvestment Logic

  If 50K is received, build a plan that doubles that capital within 612 months

  Reinvest profits within the correct entity to build creditworthiness and enable larger loans in future

• Dutch Market Alignment

  Understand and adapt to Dutch financial regulations, ANBI restrictions, and business banking standards

  You dont need to know everythingbut you do need to find it, document it, and stay compliant

• Founders Shield

  Ensure no legal or financial risk crosses from one entity to another

  Maintain the integrity of the foundations ANBI status, BVs commercial structure, and the ZZPs privacy

• Leadership Collaboration

  Work directly with the General Manager, Business Developer, and Founder

  Provide strategic updates, loan roadmaps, and ROI benchmarks

Ideal Candidate Has:

• 25+ years experience in corporate finance, investment strategy, or transformation leadership

• Experience with capital optimization, turnaround plans, and loan structuring

• Familiarity with Dutch, EU, or international nonprofit/commercial finance

• Sharp legal instincts especially around entity boundaries and compliance

• Calm, logical, data-driven, and unafraid to lead from the front

• A desire to build something meaningful from the ground up

Compensation:

• Initial retainer: $300$500/month (part-time)

• Bonuses tied to performance (e.g. capital doubled, loans secured, system stability)

• Room for long-term equity, bonus structures, or advisory board placement
