About the job Remote Matchmaker - Client Relationship Management

VIDA Select has been at the forefront of the matchmaking industry since 2009, and our modern dating service allows our clients to sit back and relax while we find their soulmate on dating sites and apps. We're seeking remote Matchmakers with strong client management backgrounds!
What You'll Do:
- Own the client journey end-to-end, including initial video consultation, client onboarding, matchmaking strategy, and achieving results
- Set up and optimize dating profiles (photos, prompts, positioning) with our Writers and Scouts
- Navigate dating apps on behalf of clients to identify, qualify, and advance promising matches
- Provide practical coaching on messaging, first-date prep, and app etiquette to improve outcomes
- Communicate proactively in English, sharing progress, gathering feedback, and resetting strategy as needed - using your proven client communication skills
- Track activity, maintain organized pipelines, and meet deliverables without direct supervision
- Collaborate with the broader team to continually elevate client outcomes, leveraging AI-enabled tools and best practices

Schedule and Location:
Remote
Part-time to start, with potential to move to full-time
- Choose either:
One consolidated shift: 12 pm to pm EST, or
- Two split shifts within these windows: mornings 7 am to 11am EST and evenings 5pm to 10pm EST
You set your schedule within those windows to meet deliverables
- Role starts at 6 days/week during the initial orientation period; afterward, you'll have a regular day off
Pay:
This job pays a flat rate of $12 per hour.
