Job description
  • Design and deliver dynamic, results-oriented lessons focused on GMAT, GRE, SAT, or AP test preparation, emphasizing content mastery, test-taking strategies, and critical thinking skills.
  • Provide individualized support to enhance students performance and confidence in their respective examinations.
  • Collaborate with the Curriculum Development team to ensure the effective execution of test preparation programs, adapting materials to address diverse student needs
  • Contribute actionable insights to refine curricula, ensuring alignment with current test standards and student objectives.
  • Develop and administer practice assessments that mirror the structure and rigor of GMAT, GRE, SAT, or AP exams.
  • Provide detailed, constructive feedback to students, enabling them to monitor progress and target areas for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of test formats, scoring methodologies, and best practices in test preparation instruction.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to refine pedagogical techniques and elevate teaching effectiveness.
  • Foster a disciplined, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that supports optimal learning outcomes.
  • Partner with administrative staff to address behavioral concerns, ensuring a respectful and productive setting for all learners.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Education, a relevant academic discipline, or a related field; advanced degrees or teaching certifications preferred.
  • Documented experience with one or more of the following examinations, meeting the minimum score requirements: AP: 4 or 5 (in the subject area to be taught); GMAT: 650 or higher (approximately 70th percentile); GRE: 160 or higher (in either the quantitative or verbal section); SAT: 1500 or higher
  • Proven proficiency in test preparation methodologies and instructional delivery.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
