Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to staff and clients, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Monitor and maintain network and server systems
- Conduct regular backups and ensure data security and integrity
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of new technology and systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Train staff on new systems and technology
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all users
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and electronic medical records systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
