Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Junior Business Analyst will work closely with the management team to analyze business processes and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement

- Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

- Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies

- Support the management team in developing and monitoring budgets

- Research industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions

- Prepare and present reports and presentations to management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst or related role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
