Technical Writer

VigorCare Pediatric Services is a leading provider of pediatric home health care services in Dallas, Texas. We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our pediatric home health care services. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create technical documentation for our pediatric home health care services

- Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences

- Create user guides, manuals, training materials, and other technical documents

- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate by reviewing and revising as needed

- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards

- Use a variety of tools and software to create and manage technical documentation

- Continuously improve and streamline processes for creating and managing technical documentation

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the healthcare industry

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines

- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the healthcare industry

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other technical writing tools

- Experience with graphic design and layout is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
