Our client, a leading Oil & Gas exploration and production company, is seeking an Analyst, Community Enhancement (CSR Officer) to join their team in Chumphon, as 1-year contract (renewal)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial reviews of proposed community programs and provide comments/recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Monitor and ensure effective execution of community initiatives.
• Support the development of annual Goals & KPIs for Community Enhancement programs, including regular monitoring and evaluation of program effectiveness.
• Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure CSR program success.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key government stakeholders in designated geographic areas.
• Contribute insights and recommendations for strategic stakeholder relationship management to support both short-term and long-term business needs.
• Provide input on expanding CSR initiatives and enhancing engagement with neighboring communities (e.g., Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat).
• Handle sensitive communications with stakeholders with professionalism and care.
• Represent the company at public events as appropriate.
• Track and manage community project budgets, including planning, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on budget utilization.
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in any field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, public communication/engagement, CSR, social campaigns, or related areas.
• Strong command of Thai; fair proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage sensitive topics across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with strong commitment and resilience.
• Capability to work in remote locations; mobility is required.
• Ability to integrate well with local communities and stakeholders; prior experience gaining community acceptance is an advantage.
