Our client is a real estate and property development company based in Pattaya, Chonburi.

Position: Sales Co-Agent (Condo)

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working: Monday - Friday l 9 am – 6 pm

Location: Pattaya, Chonburi, Thailand

Benefit: Base Salary + Commission + SSO

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales (Co-Agent) to support condominium sales by developing and managing relationships with real estate agents and business partners. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between the developer and external sales agents, helping to drive sales performance across both high-rise and low-rise residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with real estate agents and sales partners (Co-Agents).
• Coordinate and communicate with agents regarding project information, promotions, pricing, and sales activities.
• Provide sales support and ensure agents receive accurate and timely information.
• Conduct project presentations and training sessions for agents when required.
• Build strong partnerships to maximize sales opportunities and project visibility.
• Monitor agent performance and maintain regular follow-up to support sales targets.
• Prepare sales-related reports and maintain partner databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in condominium sales, preferably with a property developer or project owner.
• Proven experience working with real estate agents, brokers, or channel sales partners.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of Pattaya and Eastern Seaboard property markets is an advantage.
