Administration Service Officer (Manpower Services)

Position: Administration Services Officer
Employment Type: Permanent
Working: 5 Days/Week l Monday - Friday
Location: Lumpini Tower, Rama 4 Rd., Bangkok
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Services Officer to provide administrative support to our clients and operations team. This role focuses on logistics coordination, purchase order (PO) issuance, medical arrangements, insurance support, and procurement assistance, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange local and international travel (flights, accommodation, transportation)
- Ensure bookings are accurate, cost-effective, and confirmed on time
- Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, and transportation providers
- Maintain travel records and share itineraries with relevant stakeholders
Purchase Order (PO) Processing:
- Prepare and issue POs for travel, logistics, and medical services
- Ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation
- Coordinate with Finance on vendor payments and invoices
Medical & Insurance Support:
- Assist with medical arrangements and insurance enrollment when assigned
- Support scheduling, documentation, and claims follow-up
Procurement & Vendor Support:
- Assist in supplier evaluation and vendor registration processes
- Ensure compliance with company procurement requirements
General Administration:
- Support the Administration team and other departments as required
- Handle incoming calls and administrative tasks
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Administration Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration (logistics, travel, or procurement preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good command of Thai and English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
