Position: Sales Specialist (Engineer)
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Working: Monday Friday (Full Time)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Starting Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote substation automation systems, LV, MV, and HV switchgear to utility sector clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to provide accurate technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, preferably in substation automation, and LV, MV, HV switchgear.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems for the utility sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical information and convey it to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
