Position: Sales Specialist (Engineer)

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working: Monday Friday (Full Time)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Starting Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote substation automation systems, LV, MV, and HV switchgear to utility sector clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to provide accurate technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (Power) or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, preferably in substation automation, and LV, MV, HV switchgear.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems for the utility sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical information and convey it to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
