Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC projects within the offshore oil & gas and energy sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EPC projects to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Manage project execution and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Serve as the primary client interface and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
- Monitor project progress and implement mitigation plans to address project risks.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
- Lead project meetings, review project performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support tendering activities, risk assessments, and proposal reviews.
- Mentor team members and support manpower planning and recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction within EPC environments.
- Proven experience managing offshore oil & gas, energy, platform, module, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management, project controls, risk management, and contract administration.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and project execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
- Fluent command of English.
