About the Role

Vinarco is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our lubricants sales operations in the oil & gas downstream sector, with a strong focus on both B2B and B2C markets. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets across B2B and B2C segments
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to deliver high performance
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, distributors, and retail channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic insights to senior leadership
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, product innovations, and market dynamics

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experience in lubricants or oil & gas sales, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Strong communication in both Thai and English.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Deep understanding of the lubricants market, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and passionate about driving growth
  • Willingness to travel as required
