Project Scheduler (Construction Projects)

Our client is a Professional Construction and Project Management Company Providing Services to Private and Public Sector Clients in Thailand.

Position:
Project Scheduler – Construction Projects

Type of Hiring: 1 Year Contract (Renewable)

Location: Construction Site | Bangkok / Central Region of Thailand

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
  • Establish work breakdown structures (WBS), baseline schedules, and progress measurement systems
  • Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and analyze schedule variances
  • Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates for project management and stakeholders
  • Support forecasting, delay analysis, and recovery planning when required
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure schedule alignment
  • Ensure schedules comply with contractual requirements and project standards
  • Support claims and change management by providing accurate schedule data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling for construction projects
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 and AutoCAD.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale or complex construction projects
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English.
