Job Purpose:

The Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist is responsible for coordinating air cargo warehouse operations and shipment movements to ensure cargo is handled accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while complying with company standards and air freight regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with airlines, cargo terminals, warehouse operators, trucking providers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth cargo operations.
• Monitor inbound and outbound air freight shipments to ensure timely handling and delivery.
• Oversee warehouse activities, including cargo receiving, handling, loading, palletization, storage, and shipment movements.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Air Operations, Customs Clearance, Trucking, and Customer Service to ensure on-time shipment release.
• Track shipment status, identify operational issues or exceptions, and take corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Investigate and follow up on cargo discrepancies, shortages, damages, or operational deviations with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of shipment information in operational systems.
• Comply with air freight regulations, company policies, safety standards, and industry requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Air Freight, Air Logistics Operations, Freight Forwarding, or Airport Cargo/Warehouse Operations.
• Experience coordinating with airlines, customs brokers, trucking providers, warehouses, or cargo terminals is preferred.
• Knowledge of air freight operations, shipment handling processes, and industry standards.
• Knowledge of air cargo regulations, compliance requirements, and logistics procedures is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve operational processes.
• Basic English communication skills.
