Client: Leader in the power system and automation sectors of the nation.

Location: Cambodia

Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing Standards, Procedures, and Policies for the technical department.
• Assist in critical interventions assigned by the manager.
• Develop contractor construction packages, including diagrams and schedules.
• Review vendor documentation for electrical equipment.
• Responsible for compiling and translating documents (SOPs, procedures, specifications, etc.).
• Support procurement by identifying potential suppliers and evaluating equipment competitors.
• Visit dealer shops, contractors, and developers.
• Assist the Technician Supervisor in developing training materials.
• Participate in training and the Technical Committee.

Requirements:

• Degree in electricity, engineering, electric systems, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in both electrical sectors preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, MCBs, switchgears, and motor control centers (MCCs).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical drawing analysis.
• Knowledge of technical skills, mechanical or electrical drawing skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Khmer and English.
