Position: Project Finance Controller

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working: Monday - Friday (5 Days/Week)

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Project Managers throughout the full project lifecycle from tendering, execution, and close-out to warranty phase ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead financial planning and control activities for assigned projects, including cost monitoring, cash flow forecasting, revenue recognition, and monthly financial reviews.
• Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project profitability and performance.
• Drive optimization of revenue, gross margin, and cash flow across a diverse project portfolio.
• Manage key financial operations such as project invoicing, currency risk and hedging, bonds and guarantees, and ensure tax compliance in collaboration with legal, treasury, and tax teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, financial reporting standards, and corporate governance policies.
• Support business unit financial reporting and performance analysis in collaboration with the Business Controller.
• Uphold the companys core values of safety, integrity, and accountability, fostering a culture of responsibility and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Controlling, preferably in an international or industrial project environment.
• Proficient in SAP and strong skills in MS Office, ERP systems, and BI tools.
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Fluent command of English and Thai.
