Material QC Inspector Contract

Our client the specializes in designing and installing structures for the oil and gas industry, particularly for offshore drilling platforms.

Position: Material QC Inspector (Contract)

Employment Status: 5 Months contract

Working location: Laemchabang Industrial Estate.

Working Hour: Mon Fri 7.30 17.00 and Sat 7.30 12.00

Job Summary

To perform material receiving inspection as per ITP and ensure that meet project specification and standard/code. Monitoring storage well preserved as per the company material storage procedure.

Responsibility

• Carry out material inspection strictly comply with relevant purchasing order, application specification, standard/code, prepare report and draft material non-compliance report with sufficient information and with assistant of Senior QC Inspector submit to relevant parties for reference/ action.
• Assist Material QC Inspection team lead to review material certificate and prepare material receipt report (MPR) in timely manner.
• Submit for approval , compile and progressively submit material MRR report part of final project MRB/ MDR.
• Perform welding inspection as per team lead assign.

Qualifications

• Diploma in recognized discipline or vocational certificate or Welding Inspector CSWIP/ WS/ PCN certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years QC Quality Controls experience in Oil& Gas platform fabrication. Material inspection proffered.
• Familiar with international code and standard
• Good English communication skill
