Responsibilities:

  • A Sales Coordinator supports a sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and assisting with sales activities to achieve team goals. They are crucial for ensuring smooth sales operations and enabling revenue growth.
  • Sales Support: Assisting with order processing, preparing sales documents (invoices, quotations), and maintaining customer data.
  • Communication & Coordination: Facilitating communication between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Managing schedules, creating reports, and maintaining sales records and databases.
  • Able to issue Quotations & follow up to close sales from quotations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or any field.
  • 2-3 years of working experience as a sales coordinator or sales support.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) are essential for liaising with clients and the sales team.
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills that are needed to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Has problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve issues that arise during the sales process.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
