Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

 Job Description:

Position: Financial Analysis

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week

Location: Khlong Luang, Pathumthani

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Gather and analyze financial data, including historical performance, market trends, industry outlook, and future projections.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports (business, finance, industry, and outlook) on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually). These reports should be presented in a clear and concise format, including data visualizations for better understanding.
  • Conduct financial modeling using relevant tools (if applicable) to support strategic decision-making.

Data Management and Governance:

  • Manage the data center, ensuring all financial and non-financial data is accurate, updated, and readily available for analysis.
  • Act as a central point of contact for data inquiries, coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., accounting, sales, production) to improve data accuracy and quality.
  • Implement data governance practices to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.

Business Partnering and Communication:

  • Collaborate with management to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Communicate complex financial and data-driven information effectively through presentations, reports, and other means.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ad-hoc assignments related to business analysis and performance improvement within the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field (e.g., business administration with a finance concentration).
  • Over 3 years' experience in a business analysis role within the manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with data management best practices and database systems (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create clear and compelling visuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good command of English.
