Our client is a leading company in the world that offer a full suite of electronics solutions for railway projects.

Position:          Sales Manager

Location:         Bangkok/Near BTS and MRT

Type of hiring: Permanent

Start Date:       ASAP


Responsibilities:

  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Developing trust relationships with the portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up including ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
  • Playing an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 10 years experience in Project Sales/Key Account Management/Business Development with developing trust relationships with clients.
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Have knowledge of Market Trends and Key Accounts Analysis skills in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
