Position: Quality Manager - Manufacturer
Location: Industrial Estate in Prawet area, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust quality standards and inspection protocols across every stage of our production process, from initial casting to final checks.
- Manage and mentor our Quality Control team, ensuring efficient inspection schedules and that every product meets both our rigorous internal benchmarks and customer expectations.
- Design, implement, and maintain our end-to-end quality assurance framework, including documentation, training, audits, and corrective action procedures.
- Take ownership of customer complaint resolution, investigating root causes, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Go beyond basic checks to guarantee not only metallurgical integrity but also perfect functionality, fit, and aesthetic appeal.
- Train and upskill our quality personnel and production operators, enhancing their ability to identify defects and make sound judgments.
- Partner closely with Production, CAD, and Planning teams to proactively address quality issues and drive ongoing technical enhancements.
- Prepare for and support customer audits (Costco, RJC, ISO), ensuring meticulous documentation and traceability.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in quality control or QA system management within jewelry or precision manufacturing.
- Deep expertise in production techniques (casting, filing, setting, polishing, plating, QC standards).
- Proven ability to establish and optimize quality systems, workflows, and inspection tools from the ground up.
- Strong track record in customer complaint resolution and corrective action processes.
- Proficiency with QA metrics, checklists, and non-conformance reporting.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO9001, RJC Code of Practices, GMP, and CoC audits.
- A knack for training and coaching both quality inspectors and production staff.
- Fluency in Thai and English is essential, particularly for external communications and audits.
