Position: HR Leader
Location: Lamphun, Thailand

Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Recruitment Management: This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure timely hiring by collaborating with hiring managers, optimizing recruitment channels, and reducing the time it takes to fill positions.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Proactively assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, maintaining a robust pipeline of talent.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance hiring processes by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, implementing efficient sourcing techniques, and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruitment.
- KPI Achievement: Responsible for meeting global recruitment KPIs, such as average time to fill a position and managing agency fee expenditures.
- Employer Branding & Outreach: Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent. This includes organizing campus recruitment drives, participating in job fairs, and establishing internship and apprenticeship programs.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Evaluate and select appropriate recruitment agencies to assist in sourcing specialized and niche roles.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Maintain precise records within the company's designated applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to labor laws and internal company policies.
- Ad-hoc HR Tasks: Execute other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience specifically in talent acquisition, with a demonstrated history of managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience gained in multinational corporations (MNCs) or international recruitment agencies, with exposure to global hiring practices and diverse talent markets.
- Exhibit clarity, professionalism, and promptness in all interactions.
- Proficient in handling offers and counteroffers to successfully onboard top talent.
- Skilled in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), various sourcing tools, and recruitment platforms.
- Capable of adjusting recruitment strategies based on market trends, feedback, and evolving business requirements.
- Adept at evaluating candidates to ensure their alignment with the organization's values and culture.
- Possess a solid understanding of local employment laws and human resources best practices.
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to work independently, achieve results, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Positive, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with HRIS and HR payroll systems.
