Position Title: Corporate Secretary

Reporting to: Office Manager

Hiring: Permanent

Location: Lumpini Tower, Rama 4th. Road, Bangkok

Working hours: 08.00 17.00 / 09.00 18.00

Job Purpose:

To organize and coordinate administration duties and Office procedures. To create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. To control the Group companies corporate documents and records.

Job Scope:

Collaborates with various organizations and coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth operations of office and administrative functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and control administrative tasks.
  • Processing any company documents on the Companys registration of New Directors, Authorized Directors as well as certifying related documents as per requirements.
  • Coordinate, update/revise and control the Group Companies Corporate documents and records.
  • Coordinate with banks in Thailand and abroad for all accounts opening information update, etc. of Group Companies.
  • Coordinate with DBD and Revenue Dep. To keep all records and statutory request up to date.
  • Coordinate with Department of Employment, Ministry of Laboure for registration, renewal and updating of the Recruitment License and Staffs Recruitment Permit and monthly reporting.
  • Control the purchase and stock of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
  • Source out relevant vendors and suppliers and negotiate for the most competitive costs and services.
  • Ensure a suitable housekeeping service is engaged to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of office premises and facilities.
  • Liaise with the building management in order to provide good quality services to suit requirements.
  • Other ad hoc works as assigned.
