Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment function, delivering high-quality talent solutions to clients across a range of industries. This role is pivotal in driving sourcing strategies, managing client relationships, and leading the recruitment team to achieve successful placements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, pipelines, and processes to consistently meet both individual and team KPIs on a weekly and quarterly basis.
  • Clearly communicate recruitment targets and expectations to the recruitment team.
  • Provide training and guidance to recruiters and HR support staff conducting CV searches via external platforms.
  • Regularly assess and review the effectiveness of recruitment plans with the team.
  • Identify and recommend innovative sourcing channels for both active and passive talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network through various sourcing methods.
  • Screen and assess applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications for the roles.
  • Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to clients, detailing search activities and the pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any other related field.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position; experience in a recruitment agency is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capable of conducting interviews and assessments across all position levels.
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining a robust candidate network.
