Position: Material Management Officer
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Working hours: 5 Days/Week
Location: Rayong

Key Responsibilities:

Understanding and adhering to customs regulations
This includes gaining a thorough understanding of bonded warehouses, Free Zones, and BOI privileges to ensure efficient material movement.

Reconciling materials
Analyze materials reconciliation reports across different disciplines, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies.

Interpreting engineering drawings
The ability to read and understand engineering drawings is essential for accurately identifying material needs.

Customs formula expertise
Utilize your knowledge of customs formulas to correctly classify materials entering and leaving the bonded warehouse.

Team leadership and development

- Effectively communicate company activities and goals to your team, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Proactively update job descriptions to reflect changing responsibilities and ensure clear ownership.
- Provide constructive feedback and recognition to your team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Guide your team in resolving complaints and conflicts effectively.

Reporting and problem-solving
Regularly report on the status of materials management activities to Supply Chain Management Manager and proactively identify potential issues that could impact project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related.
• 1-3 years of experience working in warehouse management, bill of quantities (BOQ) for manufacturing, and material reconciliation for production formulas. 
• Must have experience working with BOI (Board of Investment) regulations and procedures. 
• Material stock management Record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP MM module. 
• Interpersonal skill and Sense of emergency.
• Good communication skills in English 
• Can start working immediately is advantage.
