Job Purpose
  • Setup, verify, and validate telecommunication projects.
  • Lead technical teams and support operations.
  • Ensure infrastructure meets performance, security, and compliance standards.
Job Scope
Project Implementation and Control
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
  • Lead integration of telecom projects and equipment.
  • Ensure compatibility and minimal service disruption.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution
  • Resolve complex network issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting for hardware/software issues.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication
  • Work with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as technical liaison with clients and subcontractors.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation.
  • Report on network performance and project progress.
QHSE and Regulation Compliance
  • Ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance.
Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate with site personnel.
  • Monitor installation team performance.
  • Ensure safety and security in operations.
Qualifications
  • High Vocational Certificate or Bachelors in Telecommunications or related field.
  • Male or Female; military service completed or exempted.
  • Valid driving license.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years in telecom installation.
