Our client is a leading Electrical Products and Solutions Provider in Thailand.

Position: Sales Manager

Type of Hiring: Permanent

Working hours: 5 Days/Week

Location: Bangkok Area

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client engagement and networking.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of high-voltage electrical products and solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive products.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and market conditions.
  • Collaborate in the development of sales budgets and manage expenditures within the allocated budget.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving overall business objectives.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Close sales agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide education and information to clients about the benefits and features of high-voltage electrical products.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Master/Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in sales, specifically within high-voltage electrical products.
  • Previous experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the high-voltage electrical products market.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Strategic thinking to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the sales process.
  • Excellent command of English.
