Job Purpose:

  • The identification and development of new business opportunities, management of business development activity in Thailand and regional level, and full responsibility for ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Scope:

  • The Business Development Executive (BDE) works closely with the Operation Manager to achieve the organization's sales targets and achieve financial growth. This position translates long-term strategic goals into building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating, and closing business deals, and maintaining good knowledge of current and future market trends.
  • Actively involved in the marketing initiative for the business.

Key Accountabilities:

New Business Development

  • Proactively identifies prospective leads, new projects, and/or business growth opportunities with prospective clients. New projects are not limited to those similar to current activity, diversification is key.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding and knowledge of the clients business, industry, trends, and current situations.
  • Supports the team in developing strong relationships with new and existing client end-users by understanding their business needs; and by facilitating connections between key decision-makers and the business development team.
  • Support team on bidding, pricing, and submitting proposals for new clients/projects.
  • Manage division marketing materials and campaigns.

Account Management:

  • Support team to oversee clients accounts. Ensure to receive first-hand client feedback and apply information to improve service.
  • Support team to manage the operation of the projects to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and partners, and ensure service is delivered as targeted.

Qualifications:

  • Master/Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a field related to business development.
  • Understand the ICT business, Solar cell innovation, and other sustainable energy businesses.
  • Good command of English languages and Thai both writing and speaking.
  • Open to learn new areas of knowledge (e.g., new technology, corporate structure, business model)
  • Motivation to work under a dynamic timeline of development.

Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience working in Business Development, Account Management, or sales and marketing functions.
