Responsibilities:

• Control security of tenure for area property portfolio and identify tenure extension requirements, managing any legal and contract documentation.
• Improve property returns and enhance ability to serve customers.
• Assist in developing and updating a property database and the finance to ensure correctness of tenure details and rental and tax payment.
• Eliminate unintended tenure expires and minimize property related expenses.
• Manage retail capital investment plan for company own assets within assigned area.
• Responsible for sales, negotiations, and security of approvals of all surplus properties.
• Manage all land related issues with authorities.
• Prepare applications and secure approval of use permits and other planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or operations related field.
• 5-10 years experience in property, Fuel Retail industry with proven strong leadership skills, able to lead the team to deliver superior performance.
• Fluent in English communication (spoken and written)
• Superior stakeholders engagement. Capable of motivating a team to achieve maximum output. 
• Able to work independently, and under pressure.
• Good team player, Innovative, and data-driven decision maker.
