Position: Warehouse Specialist (Air Logistics)

Start Date: ASAP

Seeking an Air Logistics professional with experience in Airport Cargo or Warehouse Operations, capable of coordinating shipment movements, managing cargo handling activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with airlines, cargo terminals, trucking providers, and warehouse operators to ensure smooth cargo operations.
• Monitor inbound and outbound air freight shipments to ensure timely handling and delivery.
• Oversee cargo receiving, handling, loading, storage, and shipment movements within the warehouse.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure on-time shipment release and operational efficiency.
• Track shipment status, resolve operational issues, and investigate cargo discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with air freight regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Support continuous process improvement and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Air Freight, Air Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Airport Cargo/Warehouse Operations.
• Knowledge of air freight operations, cargo handling, shipping documentation, and shipment consolidation (Consol).
• Understanding of end-to-end logistics processes and air cargo regulations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English communication skills.
