Job Description:
Our client is a leading Electrical Products and Solutions Provider in Thailand.
Position: Service Sales Manager (Power & Transformer Solutions)
Type of Hiring: Permanent
Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday - Friday)
Location: Bangkok Metropolitan Region
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategy development by setting clear short- and long-term objectives, analyzing market trends, and identifying customer needs.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives and communication activities to effectively highlight the value of products, systems, and services.
- Deliver technical support through product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Manage customer cases to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution and perform analysis on lost proposals to strengthen future competitiveness.
- Oversee project and account reviews for the existing portfolio and provide directions to the service sales team to achieve business targets.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and relevant standards.
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability while encouraging collaboration and supporting overall business success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Over 8 years of experience in the electrical products and solutions industry, specializing in transformers.
- 3 years of experience in a comparable leadership or senior-level role.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for people and technology, with a proven ability to drive results and consistently ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-moving environment.
- Solid understanding of contract management and customer care across sales and/or after-sales activities.
- Strong financial acumen; technical background, project management experience, or international work experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
