Office Location: Rayong Office and Sriracha Site.

Job Overview

Vinarco is seeking a specialization experienced in Site Manager is responsible for lead and manage site operations for EPC projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Coordinate across engineering, procurement, and client teams while driving business development and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new project opportunities, assist in bid proposals, and deliver value-added services to clients.
  • Lead proposal preparation for tenders and variations, ensure compliance, and provide local supplier pricing.
  • Address site engineering issues and ensure deliverables align with project schedules.
  • Handle contract documentation, progress reporting, and resolve operational issues to minimize delays.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, liaise with clients and site HSE teams, and build a strong safety culture.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications, lead QC initiatives, and promote a culture of quality and safety.
  • Prepare material lists, manage supplier relationships, and monitor timely delivery of materials.
  • Allocate resources, monitor schedules and costs, and ensure readiness of manpower and equipment.
  • Implement training programs, maintain records, and ensure compliance with corporate training requirements.
  • Plan equipment loading schedules and ensure timely return post-project completion.
  • Drive productivity, encourage teamwork, and collaborate with contractors and clients for project success.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (Electrical preferred).

Experience

  • 8 years in EPC Construction, with 4 years as Site Construction Manager.

Skills

  • Specialized experience in Rotary Equipment, Electrical Systems, and Process Instrumentation.
  • Expertise in HSE Management (NEBOSH/OSHA preferred).
  • Proficiency in project scheduling (P6/MS Project) and technical document control.
  • Good communication in English.
