Sales Engineer (Equipment/Spare Part)

 Job Description:

Our client is a well-established leader in delivering advanced technical solutions for the Cement, Quarry, and Construction industries.

Position: Sales Engineer 3 Positions

Type of hiring: Permanent

Working: 5 Days/Week (Monday-Friday)
Location: Bangkok (Near BTS)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales across all technical product lines including machinery, spare parts, and equipment.
  • Achieve and report revenue targets by product line.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and order documentation to the Assistant Sales Manager.
  • Conduct regular visits to both new and existing customers in relevant industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and convert them into actionable sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of proven experience in Sales of Machinery, Spare Parts, or Technical Equipment.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand complex products and solutions.
  • Solid track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
