Our client is a professional construction and project management company in Thailand.

Position: 

• Senior Electrical Engineer - 1 Position

Project: Data Center Projects

Type of Hiring: 1‑Year Contract (Renewal)

Location: Bangkok / Central Region of Thailand

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee electrical systems for data center construction projects, including power distribution, UPS, generators, grounding, lighting, and ELV/special systems.
• Review and evaluate electrical designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and conduct regular inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with engineering best practices.
• Support and verify Electrical Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures for LV/MV systems, backup power systems, and critical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions for electrical installations on site.
• Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, and participate in project meetings.
• Ensure all electrical works meet local regulations, codes, and client requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in electrical engineering for building projects, preferably with exposure to mission‑critical or data center systems.
• Valid Electrical Engineer License.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, grounding, and ELV systems.
• Experience with electrical installation, site supervision, and commissioning.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and familiar with relevant electrical codes and standards.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
