Position: BIM manager

Job Descriptions:

• Providing the in-house training for group and team staffs.

• Developing workflows for utilizing BIM, schedule, cost and other project data to track construction progress.

• Working with Designer and Consultants review and coordinate with team to provide necessary details for value engineering and insuring accuracy of information.

• Providing guidance and education to the project team on the use of Building Information Modeling throughout the lifecycle of a construction project.

• Being the main contact to all stakeholders of the project and give the consultancy for them related to BIM information and result.

• Controls and plans the process of his/her team according to standard and agreed plan for effective progress to achieve project goals.

• Implement BIM technology for an efficient constructive shop model for approval process, construction sequencing, construction process, and as-built management.

• Have Construction Management skills and understand overall and master plan of the project and follow up the progress of each phase of the project, monitor schedule and manpower of project

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in BIM management within engineering and construction business.

• Experience in implementing the BIM adoption and collaboration technology tools in construction projects.

• Working knowledge at least one main 3D BIM project.

• Knowledgeable in the last versions of Revit, Navisworks or other relevant BIM software applications.

• Experience in design / VE review in the cloud environment.

• Good English communication skills.
