- Workforce Planning and Budgeting Strategy
- Organization Structure Review
- Talent Management Strategy
- Remuneration Strategy
- Policy & Procedures Management
To formulate and implement above area and drive the strategy to support business growth and sustainability.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in HRM/ Business/ Admin or equivalent from a recognized University
- Minimum 10 years working experience in Human Resource with at least 8 years in Managerial capacity for preferably in major corporations.
- Passionate about the growth and development of people, enthusiasm to motivate, lead and empower team members.
- Excellent public relations, communication and analytical skills at all levels with a high level of integrity.
- Good command of written and spoken English / Bahasa Malaysia with excellent presentation skills.
