Main Descriptions for Functional Tasks (Operational / Daily Job Requirements) 

  • Set and lead a clear Procurement policies, procedures and processes in accordance to the requirements of governance and controlling and ensure its sustainability.
  • Lead procurement activities in compliance with Procurement policies, procedures and processes in accordance to the requirements of governance and controlling and its sustainability.
  • Demonstrate and leads the importance of HSE practices and ensure the compliance from all parties, especially in house contractors.
  • Detail knowledge on trend to make possible effective negotiation to get the best possible deals for all purchases in forms of order, agreements and contracts.
  • Early procurement involvement for CAPEX, and proactively support and fulfil requests from iBP in accordance to procurement policies and procedures.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree holder - Business Administration / Finance & Accounting / Science / Economics
  • Minimum 8 years in procurement within the Chemical Industry
  • Intermediate level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Expert user of SAP Module
  • Able to write routine business letters, emails, instruction and procedures and able to lead a conversation in English
